Gian Piero Zarri

Gian Piero Zarri owns a M.Sc. in Electronic Engineering and a Ph.D. in Computer Science. He has worked as Research Director at the French CNRS and cooperates now with a Paris-Sorbonne University’s Laboratory. He has developed NKRL (“Narrative Knowledge Representation Language”), a tool used in several EC-funded projects. He is the author of about two hundred refereed papers about AI, Computational Linguistics, Information Retrieval etc. (see Research Gate, dblp, GoogleScholar etc.) and is the editor, co-author/author of several books in the same fields. Professor Zarri has co-operated intensively with industry, and has worked with several international organisations like EC/UNESCO.
