The Spanish Presidency Europeana conference

This conference ‘Accelerating 3D in the common European data space for cultural heritage: Building capacity for 3D’ will be organised by Europeana Foundation in collaboration with Spain’s Ministry of Culture and Sports. 

The conference will focus on 3D and will build on the discussions held at the Europeana conference under the Swedish Presidency last April. This time, we will explore some of the aspects of building the capacities of heritage professionals in creating and making available high-quality 3D data in the common European data space for cultural heritage and in our sector. The conference will contribute to ‘Twin it! 3D for Europe’s culture’, a campaign to boost and collect 3D content in the data space for cultural heritage.
