Viktoria Stepanets is the founder of the Centre of Contemporary High Art "Culture Trend", which is aiming to focus exceptionally on the high-quality professional art.
Its activities include the organization of art projects, creative events, conferences with art experts, as well as the publication of a magazine on contemporary high art.
Viktoriia is a graduate of the Higher School of Economics, majoring in "multimedia journalism", in 2020 she entered the Jagiellonian University in Krakow, majoring in "International Relations", since 2021 she is a student of the "European diversity and cultural policy" course in the Belgian University KU Leuven.
