Pepijn Lemmens

Pepijn Lemmens works as an advisor for the DEN knowledge institute for culture and digital transformation. DEN enables cultural institutions in The Netherlands to take advantage of the opportunities and possibilities digital transformation has for creating new experiences, improving processes an creating impact. Pepijn has a background in journalism and previously worked in various digital roles in the museum and heritage sector, most recently as Online manager for Het Nieuwe Instituut in Rotterdam. His professional interests include open data, open source and open design. Next to his work at DEN Pepijn is a member of the domain council for AVA_Net, the network of audio-visual heritage organizations in the Netherlands and an active member of the Dutch Greens party GroenLinks.
