Marco Medici

University of Ferrara Education

Marco is Assistant Professor at the University of Ferrara, Department of Architecture. He is a member of the university’s research centre for the Development of Integrated Automatic Procedures for the Restoration of Monuments (DIAPReM) TekneHub where he has been involved in several research and training projects.

Marco has advanced skills in the digitization of the built environment and BIM modelling applied to Cultural Heritage. His research interests include web-based technologies, virtual environments and algorithm-aided design for architectural modelling. Marco is part of the coordination team of the INCEPTION project (https://www.inception-project.eu/en).
