June 14 and 15 2017 saw the second Digital Preservation for Arts, Social Sciences and Humanities (DPASSH) conference, which took place at the University of Sussex. Hosted by the Sussex Humanities Lab and the Digital Repository of Ireland, the conference brought together a wide range of specialists in Digital Preservation, Archives and Digital Humanities from across the globe.
I’m thrilled to announce the launch of the Europeana Network Association’s 2016 elections campaign. Forty-eight candidates stepped forward, and 1,526 Network Association members are invited to vote from November 8 to November 14 at 23:59CET.
Winter wonderland was waiting for more than 200 members of the Europeana Network Association when we gathered in Riga, Latvia, for the 2016 ‘Show us what you’ve got’ AGM (8-9 November). It was a fabulous opportunity to welcome you all at the National Library of Latvia (LNB).
Today, I’m happy to announce the results of the 2016 Europeana Network Association elections. Forty-eight brilliant candidates stepped forward, and the Network Association members were invited to vote between 8 and 14 November.
8 elected Councillors came forward as Management Board candidates between December 1 and December 15. All 36 Member Council representatives will be invited to select 6 of them to form the new Management Board. The elections will take place between January 10 and January 17. The results will be published on January 20.
