Bartolomeo Meletti is the Head of Knowledge Exchange of CREATe, the Centre for Regulation of the Creative Economy at the University of Glasgow. Bart has led the development of several digital resources intended to help creators, cultural heritage practitioners and other 'copyright users' make informed decisions on copyright issues, including CopyrightUser.org and CopyrightUser.EU. He is a member of the Europeana Copyright Community Steering Group, of LACA (the UK Libraries and Archives Copyright Alliance), and of the board of the EUscreen Foundation.

Previously, Bart was the Education and Research Executive at Learning on Screen (UK). He also worked at the British Film Institute and the Digital Catapult on secondment from CREATe, and held research and media production positions at CIPPM, the Centre for Intellectual Property Policy & Management (Bournemouth University), where he is currently a Visiting Fellow.
