The objectives were also to increase the number of countries in which ARROW was used; and broaden the types of works for which it was used to include visual material.
The project contributed to the goal of the European Commission and European Parliament to make European cultural heritage legally accessible through an innovative way of establishing rights status in and facilitating rights clearance of copyright works.
