I am an expert in European policies and projects. My portfolio includes projects in various fields such as information technology, art and cultural heritage. I have worked at the European Commission, at the Romania-Bulgaria Cross-Border Program, as a researcher and project leader at research institutes.

I hold a PhD in Political Science with a focus on EU public administration, having completed a dissertation on European policies for cultural heritage. I am an author of one monograph and over 25 scholarly publications. I am a member of the European Network for Cultural Heritage.

I believe I would be able to advocate for the members that deal with research in the field of cultural heritage given my experience in the field. I would also support initiatives in the field of research if elected to the Council.

I would work to increase the visibility of Europeana in Bulgaria. There are already cases in the country which show high levels of digitalisation and sharing of cultural heritage - mostly libraries, and my aim would be to make their example popular.
