I hold degrees in cultural anthropology and social economics, with extensive managerial and expert experience in project management and development within large non-governmental organizations and the business sector.
My knowledge and experience provided the foundation for establishing my own company, specializing in supporting the Polish cultural sector and creative industries.
Practical Experience:
- Founder of one of the first Polish companies specializing in the development of culture and creative industries.
- Author of project and grant concepts worth over 230 million PLN within the EU financial perspective 2014-2020.
I am a recipient of the Minister of Culture's scholarship in the field of cultural personnel management and the author of numerous training sessions and workshops for cultural staff and managers. I advise public, local government, and non-governmental institutions.
My particular interests include the use of new technologies in culture, the development of independent cultural organizations in Poland, and interdisciplinary cooperation for the protection and promotion of heritage.
I run a proprietary program focused on the use of new technologies and artificial intelligence in the management and interpretation of cultural heritage.
Currently, I am preparing a doctoral dissertation on the management of the cultural sector in Poland.
