The TuEuropeana project recently ran a poster competition exploring the theme of environmental sustainability to encourage the creative reuse of material accessed through Europeana and Polish digital repositories. The CrowdHeritage project aims to develop an effective web platform to encourage people to help enrich and validate selected cultural heritage metadata - a crucial concern for domain, thematic and national aggregators.
