Methodology for validating enrichments

Seeking to address one of the principles of the Enrichments Policy for the common European data space for cultural heritage, the Europeana Foundation R&D team has created a methodology for evaluating and validating the results of (automatic) enrichment efforts.

This methodology should especially be followed by data space partners that perform automatic enrichment efforts, in order to guarantee a minimal level of quality.

The present version of this document is largely based on experience shared with data space partners in earlier projects, but it contains material that has not been yet reviewed by all relevant stakeholders. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any feedback!

This page was updated in March 2024 to refer to the version 1.1 of the methodology document.
