On 5 and 6 July, the Network Association's Members Council came together in the National Library of The Netherlands, The Hague for their second meeting of 2018. Two days were filled with hard work, intense discussions and new initiatives that focused on transforming the new network communities.
On 6 March, the Network Association's Members Council gathered in the National Library of The Netherlands in The Hague for their first 2018 meeting. It was very fruitful, full of fresh ideas and breakthroughs, and resulting in positive structural changes that will pave the way for the Association’s work in 2018 and beyond.
On 6 December, 200 members of the Europeana Network Association gathered in Milan on the occasion of the AGM 2017, dedicated to the impact culture has on society. We would like to thank all of you who came and made this event a real success!
The second Members Council (MC) meeting of the year took place on 6 and 7 July in the beautiful building of National Gallery of Denmark in Copenhagen. The Council had the great pleasure to welcome Ms. Catherine Magnant as a representative of the European Commission’s DG Education and Culture, responsible for organisation of the 2018 European Year of Cultural Heritage.
The first 2017 meeting of the Members Council took place in The Hague on 21-22 February: the Europeana Office had the great pleasure of welcoming the representatives of the Members Council at the KB, the National Library of The Netherlands.
