Harmonising Zero Embargo initiatives: Challenges in Europe and Beyond

This event, organised by Knowledge Rights 21 and LIBER builds on KR21’s research on secondary publishing rights, driven by LIBER, and will further complement a previous KR21 webinar on enabling the reuse of the scholarly publication.

Speakers will start by briefly presenting their perspectives on challenges in harmonising SPR legislation across Europe and the symbiosis with other instruments, such as the rights retention strategy and the US initiative to implement a zero embargo campaign. Afterwards, there is 40 minutes reserved for a lively panel discussion that will engage the audience.
