The Europeana Initiative started talking about impact over a decade ago. Whether you were involved in those early discussions, have used the Impact Playbook since, or want to learn more, we want to bring you along on this impact journey.

We are now celebrating the launch of a revised and now online Impact Playbook. Alongside a dedicated series on Europeana Pro news, we’ve scheduled a series of Impact Community Cafés giving the community the opportunity to come together and chat about their experiences using the Impact Playbook or why they are inspired to do so. We’ll consider the main challenges and opportunities, and answer any questions that you might have.

Join us as we explore Phase four, the last phase of the Impact Playbook, dedicated to evaluating your approach to impact. You’ve crafted your impact report, you’ve shared everything with your stakeholders and you’ve put some recommendations into action. But are you done?

No! There is still a lot to learn. How can you improve on your approach to impact assessment? Are there opportunities to create even more impact in the future by embedding more learning and collecting more data, or connecting to new voices? Phase four sets out some methodologies that help you look back on your processes and to plan ahead on how you can embed impact in your organisation. If you’re an impact-led organisation, or if you want to be, this is an event for you.
