Historical portraits of London Pubs

Part of the Europeana Food and Drink project, the collection includes more than 3,000 photographs of pubs from the early 20th century up to the late 1960’s. The images showcase buildings where Londoners used to gather for celebrating life and were taken by the Charrington Brewery during an architectural survey.
