Archives Portal Europe, as part of its activities as a domain aggregator for Europeana, recently established two grants for archival institutions to digitise their collections and improve metadata. We hear about how the grants have enabled digital access to new cultural heritage collections.
Europeana wouldn’t exist without the data contributed by around 4,000 cultural heritage institutions across Europe. Our recently released Organisation pages acknowledge this contribution by allowing people to search and browse content by the cultural heritage institution which provided it. Find out more!
