Víctor García Melero

Víctor García is a member of the TransMedia Catalonia research group at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. He holds a Degree in Occupational Therapy (UAB), a master’s degree in Social Intervention in Knowledge Societies (UNIR) and a master’s degree in Music Therapy (UVic). He has worked for many years on programs to promote the autonomy of people with disabilities, collaborating with occupational centres, civic centres, nursing homes, social centres and hospitals. Victor is the audio describer at Liceu Opera Barcelona and teaches audio description at the School of Audiovisual Media (EMAV), Barcelona.
