Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hüseyin Özçınar is the Head of the Department of Computer Education and Instructional Technology at Pamukkale University, Türkiye. With a background in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Computer Science, and Educational Technology, his work bridges artificial intelligence, education, and digital transformation. His research focuses on AI in education, socio-semantic network analysis, topic modeling, knowledge graphs, and responsible AI governance.

He has also worked on initiatives integrating culturally responsive teaching approaches with the development of computational thinking in AI-supported learning environments. His current research explores AI literacy, explainability, and bias detection in educational and policy contexts, aiming to foster critical, transparent, and human-centered uses of AI in education and cultural heritage.
