Online teaching and learning with digitised collections in Higher Education contexts

This session from Europeana 2021 explores how digitised collections can be used for teaching and learning post-pandemic.

This video presents a project delivered by a group of university museums in Scotland which gathered and analysed data on the use of digitised collections in the GLAM sector for higher education teaching during the COVID-19 pandemic. It synthesised good practise, developed case studies and identified gaps in skills, tools, infrastructure and resourcing.

The session shares details of the project, its key findings and good practice in this area. In a Q&A section, participants also share their experience of learning and teaching with digitised collections and look to the future of these practices.
