Case studies
This section features applications of creative re-use of Europeana content based on the use of the Europeana Search API, semantic web and Linked Open Data technologies. It aims to demonstrate and promote the potential of these innovative concepts and tools to data providers, partners and end-users.
Case studies are grouped as follows:
- API implementations – describes various web services developed by Europeana Network partners based on the Europeana API
- Hackathon prototypes – showcases the apps and other outcomes from the Europeana hackathons
- Linked Open Data (LOD) case studies – will present pilot applications of the semantic enrichment services based on the Europeana LOD datasets
