I'm Deputy State Secretary at the Ministery of Culture and former Director of Development at the National Library of Latvia, current member of Europeana Network Association Members Council, as well as member of EBLIDA Executive Committee and Vice President of Latvian Library Association. I have a Masters degree in Library and information science from the University of Latvia. Keen on digitization of cultural heritage and digital cultural services, strategic thinking, cultural policy issues, impact assessment and copyright.
